Polka Dots

Today was such a rainy and dreary day! I had so much that I wanted to go out and do, but the rain put me in a funk and I ended up getting nothing done!
I did watch some Dawson's Creek though..never disappoints.

I got this blouse from Old Navy last week. And its so comfy and silky. Plus, I am a sucker for polka dots.  And my skirt looks a tad wrinkly..oops!
